Why do we need a Government management system based on science and innovation?
Keywords:
Government management, science, technology, innovationAbstract
The main motivation for the formulation and implementation of a Government management system based on science and innovation (SGGCI) comes from the perception that the human potential and the scientific and technological capabilities that the Revolution has created have not had the desired practical impact on society and particularly on the economy. The advancement of our economic and social development model requires strengthening the links between numerous actors, including the knowledge sector (universities, science and technology institutions), the sector for the production of goods and services (companies, cooperatives, forms of non-state management), and the public administration, to mention some of the most important. The SGGCI is based on historical programmatic and conceptual references, as well as on the best experiences harvested in the country, in particular the confrontation with COVID-19. Surely, collective intelligence and commitment will contribute to enrich it.Downloads
